Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via email or our online portal with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Item

  Carefully disassemble and place the item back into its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Arrange Transportation

  Affix the provided return label to the exterior of the box and schedule a pickup with our preferred carrier or drop off the package at an authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
